INITIAL DISCOVERY CONSULTATION
Discovery Call / Video Call complimentary / Preliminary visit $450 - applicable towards design fee
MASTER PLAN / CREATING NEW SPACES / FULL-SERVICE PROCUREMENT
Design Fee: $5/sqft; $2,500 room minimum + purchases/services fee + retainer towards orders
DESIGN A LA CARTE / PERFECTING EXISTING SPACES / FULL-SERVICE PROCUREMENT
Design Fee: $5,000 + minimum purchase + purchases/services fee + retainer towards orders
HOURLY / SOLUTIONS & RESOLUTIONS
Q & A Consultation: $450/hour for first hour, billable in half hour increments
SIGNATURE DESIGN ONLY / LIMITED PROCUREMENT
Design Fee: $50/sqft; $5,000 room minimum + purchases/services with "trade to client" net pricing & client direct ordering
E-DESIGN
Virtual Design Services: furniture layouts, mood boards, vignette inspiration renderings
$5/sqft; $3,200 per room minimum + purchases + retainer towards orders
all services subject to sales tax
all fees payable in full at start of project
